This offering is best for you if you don’t have a listing yet but you’re interested in seeing if it’s a good path for you. I’ll look at your space and then sit down with you to walk through exactly what I would do if it were my space. You’ll get advice on everything from design to running the bookings and the best part is, you can carry it out yourself. This is best for you if you’re on a budget or are a self starter.

This is for you if:

• You DON’T currently have a short term rental

• You want to know if your property would make a good short term listing or vacation rental

• You want to do most of the set up yourself, but you’d like a nudge in the right direction.

• A complete evaluation of your space

• A design plan you can use to create your space on your own

Consultation

This is the best option for you if you want to revive your listing and make EVEN MORE income from your existing listing. I will take a look around your space and give my suggestions on how you can optimize everything from your design to online listing to daily running of your vacation rental. This is best for you if you don’t need a complete set up but want to make your property even better!

This is the best option for you if you want to create income through a short term rental, but you don’t have time or don’t want to set it up yourself. I will look at your space and draw up design plans and create all the online content you’ll need for your listing from photos to descriptions. I’ll completely decorate your space and make sure you have all the supplies you need to get started right away! This is great for you if you want to get started right away and at a higher level than most new vacation rentals.
